MMRF announces new relationship with Hennepin Healthcare System, Inc.
On January 1, 2012 the Minneapolis Medical Research Foundation became a non-profit subsidiary of Hennepin Healthcare System, Inc.
MMRF was formerly a subsidiary of Hennepin Faculty Associates, a private, non-profit physician group based on the Hennepin County Medical Center campus. On January 1, 2012 Hennepin Faculty Associates officially integrated its operations into Hennepin Healthcare System, Inc.
