Educational Events

The Minnesota Heart Failure Consortium provides continuing medical education (CME) programs for the health care provider. Our programs are for the experienced practitioner or the practitioner entering the heart failure area. We offer the practitioner the opportunity to network with the leaders in Heart Failure.

Our programs have included nationally recognized leaders in the field of Heart Failure.

The 2010 Fall Heart Failure program: The Update will be held in November 5 and 6 at the Westin Hotel, Edina, Minnesota. Read the program brochure to learn more about the event.
